Order processing from downloading orders from your shopping cart, processing and returning shipping and inventory data are 100% automated.

Health Care Fulfillment

One of the most important aspects of health care fulfilment/mailings is ensuring the accuracy and privacy of the information they contain. That is why we have implemented a rigorous process of triple checking every order and mailing before it is sent out. This process involves verifying the address data, proofreading the content prior to printing, and scanning the envelopes for any errors or leaks. By doing so, we ensure that our health care product orders or mailings are accurate, secure, and respectful of your customers privacy.  In addition, all Personal Identifiable information (PII) is automatically removed from our system after 60 days. (Unless otherwise requested by our clients)

Literature Fulfillment

Literature fulfillment is the process of delivering printed materials to your customers or prospects who request them. It can include catalogs, brochures, marketing collateral, brochures, data sheets, user manuals, press kits , newsletters, white papers, case studies, post cards and more.  

We can print any of these presorted and customized for each individual customer/prospect allowing the lowest shipping rates available  Silicon Valley Direct will also presort your Pre-printed literature and receive the same low rates.

You do not have to worry about inventory, storage, costs.  POD is a great way to save on printing costs as there is no minimum requirement. We also offer same day printing.

Direct Mail and Pre-Sort

With our Direct Mail service, we will print and send your letters, postcards, flyers, or catalogs to a targeted group of recipients. Direct mail can help businesses reach existing customers, potential customers, and increase brand awareness.

Our Pre-sort technology allows us verify address information and presort them following USPS requirements. Pre-sorting will reduce postage costs and improve delivery time for direct mail campaigns. Pre-sorting does require a minimum number of pieces per mailing and adherence to certain standards and regulations.
